Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and briefs for court filings.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and tracking documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Draft correspondence and demand letters and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Intake prospective clients and open files.
  • Review medical records.
  • File pleadings.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous legal experience.
