We are seeking a Travel Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves traveling nationwide to represent Fetch, convert opportunities into sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will help pet owners understand the value of protecting their pets with comprehensive insurance and customize solutions to meet needs.
Responsibilities
Willing to travel up to 75% nationwide
Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance at partner locations
Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch and demonstrate understanding of Fetch and competitor products
Convert prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications (calls and emails) to completion
Track daily progress against goals to maximize uncapped commission opportunities
Record prospect and customer information accurately in Fetch CRM
Build productive relationships with partner-location personnel to meet performance objectives and partner expectations monthly
Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities
Communicate with peers to identify challenges and successes
Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required
Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly
Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
Maintain commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Required Skills
Ability to travel to shelters nationwide; some travel may be regional or national
Ability to structure your work week during peak hours (Fridayโ€“Sunday)
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment (state requirements apply)
3โ€“5 years of experience in an animal care or sales role
Customer-focused mindset with ability to listen and tailor solutions
Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities and engaging with people face-to-face and over the phone
Familiarity with animal health or welfare is a plus
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced sales cycle
Strong relationship-building and consultative, solution-focused selling skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to industry events as required
