Bernstein | Polsky is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing plaintiff personal injury practice in Boca Raton, Florida. We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a substantial base salary plus performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial.
  • Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the firm's partners.
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare and argue substantive motions, and conduct mediations.
  • Work closely with expert witnesses and consultants to maximize case value.
  • Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair at jury trials.
  • Provide exceptional client communication and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and litigation staff as the department continues to grow.
Qualifications
  • Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience.
