โ€ข Ensure legal files are up to date.
โ€ข Request any updated records (medical, police reports, etc).
โ€ข Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence.
โ€ข Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case as
needed.
โ€ข Assist in depositions, hearings, and trials.
โ€ข Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies.
