Jacksonville, FL
Our client, a reputable Personal Injury Law Firm in Downtown Jacksonville, is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal with litigation experience to join their team to work in their main office. As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the firm's attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial briefs.
  • Compile and organize evidence.
  • Manage case files and calendars.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist with trial preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
