Position Summary

The Personal Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals for an executive and their family. This role requires exceptional culinary skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to accommodate varying dietary preferences and schedules. The Personal Chef will oversee menu planning, grocery procurement, meal preparation, kitchen organization, and occasional catering for private family gatherings and special events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meal Planning & Preparation

  • Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and specialty meals as requested.

  • Develop customized menus based on family preferences, nutritional goals, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.

  • Prepare meals in advance when appropriate and provide organized storage and reheating instructions.

  • Ensure meals are presented professionally and meet high culinary standards.

  • Accommodate special dietary needs, food allergies, and preferences.

Grocery Shopping & Inventory Management

  • Purchase fresh ingredients and household food supplies.

  • Maintain inventory of pantry, refrigerator, and freezer items.

Kitchen Operations
