Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy client with household management and the creation of effective organizational systems. This role is designed to help streamline day-to-day responsibilities, allowing the client to focus on their career while enjoying more personal downtime. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a talent for anticipating needs, and a passion for creating order and efficiency. They enjoy meal preparation, are comfortable managing a household, and genuinely love cats. Discretion, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.


Hours: 15 hours per week. Schedule to be determined by client/PA


Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.


Location: Shoreline. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.


Start Date: ASAP.

Your role will involve:

  • Household management including laundry, light cleaning, tidying, dishes, and home organization
  • Errands including picking up groceries, dry cleaning, returns, etc.
