Personal Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to a principal across both professional and personal priorities within a fast-moving family office and operating platform. This is not a standard administrative role. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities that require sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
The right candidate is organized, resourceful, and takes ownership without being asked twice.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex personal and professional scheduling, travel, and logistics across multiple priorities and time zones
- Handle personal errands, vendor coordination, household logistics, and time-sensitive tasks on behalf of the principal
- Manage inbound communications and correspondence with professionalism and sound judgment
- Research and book travel, accommodations, reservations, and experiences — handling all details end to end
- Travel domestically and internationally with the principal as needed to provide on-the-ground support
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure commitments are met
- Support event planning and personal engagements, from logistics to follow-through
- Manage expenses, receipts, and personal account tracking across vendors and service providers
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
- Assist with ad hoc personal and operational projects as they arise

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar high-responsibility support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and general digital tools
- Ability to work on-site, travel as needed, and be available outside standard business hours when required
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or family offices is a plus
