Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant in Los Angeles to provide administrative and organizational support to a UHNW employer. As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, managing the estate, making travel arrangements, and assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant
  • Previous experience managing homes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the domestic staff and ensure that all tasks are completed
  • Schedule meetings, travel, and events
  • Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal
  • Take care of personal errands
  • Manage the properties and ensure that standards are maintained
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communication, including emails and phone calls
