Job description

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Leasing Agent to assist with leasing and help increase occupancy.

Responsibilities:

Answer and follow up with leasing leads

Schedule and conduct apartment tours

Follow up with prospects after tours

Process rental applications

Assist with applicant screening and documentation

Prepare leases and move-in paperwork

Coordinate move-ins

Maintain accurate prospect and resident records

Assist with marketing available units and leasing specials

Provide professional customer service to prospects and residents

Qualifications:

Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Professional and dependable

Basic computer skills

Yardi experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet leasing goals

Position: Temporary / Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays by appointment as needed

Compensation: Hourly pay plus move-in commission
