Job description

Sagareus is a property management firm in Bellevue, WA, managing 850+ residential units across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
We are founder-operated and we built the firm from scratch to do this work differently than the industry does it. We question every inherited process, invest in the tools and training our team needs to do better work, and run the firm on data and continuous improvement.
About The Role
The Leasing Agent owns the vacancy from move-out through move-in. You are the person a prospect meets, the person an owner hears from every week, and the person whose condition report decides who pays for what a year later.
Heavy field, heavy autonomy. Nobody is looking over your shoulder, and the work still has to be right.
Responsibilities
·        Vacancy Ownership. Carry each unit from move-out inspection through signed lease and keys in hand. Days on market is your number.
·        Inquiry Response. Answer every inquiry that comes in by email, messenger, text, or phone. Speed to lead is the job.
·        Showings. Schedule and run tours for yourself and the showing team. Know the property and the neighborhood before the prospect does.
·        Move-Out Inspections. Document condition, scope the turn work orders, and learn the property's features while you are in it.
·        Marketing Assets. Shoot the property tour video the marketing team needs.
·        Lease Communication. Carry terms and conditions between owner and prospect. Stay inside company policy, fair housing, and local regulation on every exchange.
·        Application Through Move-In. Walk applicants through application, lease signing, and move-in so nothing surprises them at the door.
·        Move-In Execution. Meet the resident, build the move-in condition report, collect funds, hand over keys, mail keys to the main office, and deposit funds at the local Bank of America as needed.
·        Owner Communication. Send a weekly update to the owner and Leasing Manager: inquiries, showings, showing feedback, and your recommendation on pricing or property issues. Make the call, do not just report the data.
·        Documentation. Keep leasing activity, showing feedback, and prospect communication current in Asana. Produce files that hold up under outside review.
·        Coordination. Meet weekly one-on-one with the Leasing Team Lead for coaching and process improvement.
·        Operations Support. Run annual inspections as assigned. Take field tasks as they come: post legal notices, check vacant units, deliver supplies, retrieve items.
·        Your Own Admin. Track and report your hours, mileage, and receipts.

Requirements
·        2 years of sales experience.
·        Familiarity with WA landlord-tenant law and fair housing.
·        Comfortable running an iPhone-based stack: maps, calendar, email, Inspector, Asana.
·        Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a lease term to someone who has never signed one.
·        Detail-oriented under a full calendar. Multiple properties, multiple prospects, nothing dropped.
·        Flexible hours including weekends when a showing requires it.
·        Valid WA driver's license, insurance, reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
·        High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have
·        Outside sales experience
·        Real Estate broker experience
·        Can describe specifically how you use AI tools to do your work faster and / or better.
·        Conversational Spanish.
·        Comfort on camera for tour video.

This Role Is Right For You If
·        You do your best work without someone checking on you.
·        You like being on the go more than you like a desk.
·        You answer fast, because you know the lead goes to whoever answers first.
·        You take pride in documentation that holds up under outside review.
·        You want to move up a ladder rather than sit on a rung.

Location & Schedule
·       Work from home with no office to commute to.
·       Regular time in the field across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties for showings, inspections, and move-ins.
·       You must live within reasonable driving distance of the service area.
·       Reliable vehicle and valid WA driver's license required.
Why People Work Here
·        Paid Time Off: 10 days per year (80 hours).
·        11 paid floating holidays per year. Prorated in year one.
·        Fully Remote, Flexible hours. Set your own schedule within a 7 AM to 8 PM Pacific window.
·        Healthcare effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
·        WA Paid Family & Medical Leave plus full statutory leave coverage.
·        Promotion ladder: Agent > Senior Agent > Lead > Manager. Move up when you are ready, not by years.
·        AI as a daily force-multiplier. Internal Sagareus-built tools are part of the daily stack. You will be trained on them and help shape what comes next.
·        Work equipment provided.
·        Mileage reimbursement.
