Leasing agents typically earn a commission based on a percentage of the rent or lease value, often ranging from 50% to 100% of one month's rent per lease signed. Monthly earnings vary depending on the number of leases closed, the rental prices, and the commission structure set by the employer. Some leasing agents also receive a base salary or hourly wage in addition to commissions.

Where do leasing agents make the most money?
