Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • Reporting to the Director Merchandise Planning Growth QxH, you will support QVC. You will improve sales performance across QVC Group digital platforms. You will oversee strategic financial and promotional plans for your assigned merchandise categories. Being the central point of communication between Merchandise Buying, Merchandise Planning, Digital Merchandising, and Marketing, you will ensure agreement and collaboration across teams to optimize our performance.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop category promotions in alignment with omni-channel digital and on-air strategies
  • Provide divisional level digital sales forecasts to align with financial plans
  • Proactively identify key sales drivers to support digital promotions and marketing
  • Liaison with Ecommerce teams to match promotion/item support to priorities
  • Curate sale assortment for divisional and whole house sale promotions

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/online sales5+ years experience managing large-scale projects across multiple lines of the business.
  • 5+ years experience with data analysis related to merchandising
  • 5+ years experience in planning/allocation in an online retail environment.
  • 5+ years experience excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
