Job description

Customer Service Representative (In-Office & Remote Opportunities)

ITM Marketing is currently hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support an e-commerce program. This role is available primarily on-site at our Coshocton, Ohio office, with limited remote work exceptions for agents who meet specific performance and role requirements.

Pay

  • Starting at $17.00 per hour
  • Weekly competitive pay (direct deposit required)

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional service through multiple communication channels while representing ITM Marketing with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer support via telephone, email, and chat
  • Answer customer inquiries, place orders, and resolve complaints using active listening and conversational skills
  • Assist customers in an empathetic, kind, and professional manner
  • Navigate multiple computer systems, databases, and screens efficiently
  • Use basic office equipment and technology, including soft phones and web-based tools
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Schedule

  • Must be available to work between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM for training.  After training, must be available to work between 9:00AM and 9:00PM ET.
  • Typical schedule for training is Monday–Friday with a 30-minute lunch, however, after training,  weekends and evenings may be required as well as holidays.
  • Schedules are subject to change based on program needs

Training

  • Paid, comprehensive training is provided
  • Training is conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams with an instructor
  • Successful completion of training is required to continue employment
    • If training is not passed, you will still be paid for training time, but employment will not continue on the project

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently and professionally
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Experience working in a Windows/PC environment required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills

Home Office Requirements (For Approved Remote Employees Only)

  • Reliable, high-speed internet service:
    • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed
    • Must be cable or fiber and wired via ethernet - Wi-Fi connection is not permitted
    • Cellular, mobile hotspot, fixed wireless, or satellite internet not compatible
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to provide your own equipment:
    • Dual monitors - including DP cords or adapters to turn HDMI into DP
    • USB Keyboard, mouse, and headset (with microphone) - Wireless/Bluetooth is not recommended
    • Office-based employees will receive full workstation equipment.
    • Employees working from home will be provided with a tower with power cord, and camera only.
