Position Overview:

The Performance Marketing Strategist owns and scales DTC paid media performance across North America, with accountability for efficient growth, media channel strategy, and continuous optimization across channels.


This role is for a paid media expert who understands how channels, creative, and spend work together to drive growth. They turn performance data into clear direction, priorities, and actions to guide agency partners and internal teams while staying close enough to execution to ensure performance improves over time.


Responsibilities:

Own paid media performance across North America, with accountability for growth, efficiency, and learning

Lead media strategy and investment planning across channels and the full funnel

Set clear direction and priorities for agency partners to drive strong execution 

Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation roadmap to continuously improve media effectiveness

Translate performance insights into recommendations for media allocation, creative direction, and optimization

Partner with analytics to ensure measurement frameworks support decision-making and scale

Align media plans with product launches, promotional calendars, and inventory considerations

Communicate pacing, performance, and insights to senior stakeholders

Build and refine processes, tools, and ways of working that enable the team and agencies to scale efficiently

Identify opportunities to improve performance through automation, new platforms, or operating model changes

Other projects as assigned

Requirements


Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.


Experience:

5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including ownership of large-scale national paid media budgets across multiple channels
