Description
The Sales Enablement & Performance Excellence Manager is responsible for building and leading Graham Media Group's sales enablement strategy, ensuring Account Executives, Sales Managers, and future leaders have the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to drive consistent revenue growth.
This role owns the development of frameworks, materials, and programs for onboarding, sales training, leadership development, go-to-market readiness, AI enablement, and sales process adoption across all six markets. The position partners closely with market sales leadership to provide the tools, resources, and capabilities needed to strengthen manager effectiveness, accelerate new hire productivity, improve performance, and drive consistent execution. Market sales leadership retains accountability for the performance, development, engagement, and overall results of their respective teams, with this role serving as a strategic partner and enabler to help leaders fulfill those responsibilities effectively.
The ideal candidate combines sales expertise, facilitation excellence, strong business acumen, advanced AI proficiency, and deep experience with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and sales enablement technologies.
Responsibilities
Sales Onboarding & Development
  • Lead onboarding and ramp-up programs for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Develop structured learning, coaching, and certification programs that accelerate productivity.
  • Create role-based development plans and ongoing training resources.
  • Measure and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness.

Training & Sales Enablement
  • Design and manage the company's sales enablement curriculum and learning programs.
  • Deliver training focused on prospecting, consultative selling, key account growth, client retention, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, presentation skills, and multimedia solutions selling.
  • Develop sales playbooks, best practices, process documentation, and enablement resources.
  • Ensure all training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

Go-to-Market Readiness & Launches
  • Develop sales presentations, launch materials, messaging, and enablement resources for company initiatives.
  • Lead rollout and training efforts for new products, solutions, sales strategies, and go-to-market programs across all six markets.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Leadership to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Drive adoption and readiness for all major sales initiatives.

Leadership Development
  • Define and implement standards for sales management excellence.
  • Train managers on coaching, accountability, performance management, talent development, pipeline inspection, and execution.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to create consistency across markets and strengthen leadership effectiveness.

Sales Performance & Process Excellence
  • Define and reinforce expectations for Account Executive performance and success.
  • Drive adoption of CRM best practices, sales processes, activity management, and account growth strategies.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement coaching and training solutions that improve results.
  • Promote accountability, consistency, and operational excellence.

AI & Sales Technology
  • Serve as the organization's sales enablement champion for AI and productivity tools.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI platforms, CRM systems, and enablement technologies to improve training, coaching, prospecting, content creation, and seller productivity.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Copilot, to create impactful training and sales enablement materials.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that enhance efficiency and sales performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, sales enablement, training, or performance coaching.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of media sales, digital advertising, and consultative selling.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Strong CRM expertise, including reporting, pipeline management, sales process adoption, and performance tracking.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, learning, content development, and sales effectiveness.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Media industry sales experience.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations, go-to-market materials, and sales playbooks.
  • Sales methodology certifications.
  • Experience supporting multi-market organizations and leading change initiatives.
