- Has responsibility for the function and reports to the site/ SBU head (and/ or to a Home Office functional leader).
- Utilizes data-driven methodologies to analyze business performance metrics and process improvement options effectively.
- Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress.
- Drives strategic initiatives and supports the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals.
- Develops and directs reporting and tools to communicate strategic plans and concepts to leadership.
- Executes and enables an organization's strategic and long-range goal planning function.
- May analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, the viability of outside business partners, and sources of capital.
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
