Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Valid Class A CDL License

1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years


Compensation and Incentives
  • Average annual earnings: $100,000
  • $5,000 retention bonus
  • Up to $3,000 annually for safety performance
  • Driver referral bonus: up to $5,000 per referral
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)

Equipment and Vehicles
  • Late-model Freightliner and Volvo trucks
  • Maintained by Penske Truck Leasing
  • Comfort-focused, best-in-class specifications
  • In-cab inward- and outward-facing safety cameras

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform multi-stop delivery routes
  • Unload tires from trailers at customer locations
  • Accurately count and verify delivered inventory
  • Maintain delivery accuracy and documentation
  • Complete 4 layovers per week
  • Provide professional customer service at delivery sites

Schedule
  • Workdays: Sunday through Thursday
  • Sunday: Mid-day dispatch
  • Monday to Thursday: Start time between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  • Must be domiciled and licensed in the United States
  • DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience requirements:
    • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or
    • 2 years within the last 5 years
  • Clean driving record:
    • Maximum of 2 moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years
  • Ability to comply with all federal and state transportation regulations
  • English language proficiency (required under 49 C.F.R. 391.11)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
