What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help create an outstanding customer experience by:

  • Answering inbound sales calls using dealership processes
  • Following up with customers who have inquired online, by phone, text, or email
  • Scheduling appointments for our sales team
  • Following up with missed appointments and previous showroom visitors
  • Confirming upcoming sales and service appointments
  • Working aged and active customer leads
  • Tracking sold vehicles and customer follow-up opportunities
  • Working internet leads with the goal of scheduling dealership visits
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
