Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a NA & GCSO Performance Center Specialist.

Purpose: The NA & GCSO Performance Center Specialist supports the execution of risk-based monitoring activities within the Performance Center (PC) for North America. The role conducts monitoring reviews, identifies potential compliance gaps, documents findings, and contributes to trend analysis across transactional and behavioral data.

In addition, the Specialist supports the execution of regionally assigned compliance training programs within North America IM, helping ensure trainings are delivered consistently, completed on time, and aligned with required curricula.

The Specialist performs monitoring and training activities accurately and consistently in alignment with global and regional compliance expectations, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support proactive risk identification and mitigation.

You will be responsible for:

Monitoring Execution & Case Reviews

  • Execute centralized monitoring reviews in accordance with established risk frameworks, methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Review transactional and behavioral data to identify potential compliance risks, anomalies, or control gaps.
  • Accurately document review steps, findings, and supporting rationale in required tools/templates to ensure audit-ready records.
  • Categorize findings and support escalation of issues in line with defined thresholds and governance requirements.
  • Participate in quality checks and address feedback to improve accuracy and consistency of monitoring outputs.

Trend Identification, Reporting & Insights

  • Identify patterns, themes, and recurring risks across monitoring outputs and contribute to trend summaries.
  • Support preparation of consolidated monitoring summaries and periodic reporting for regional and global compliance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operational Intelligence to support incorporation of monitoring insights into dashboards, metrics, and analytical products.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Support

  • Provide input on enhancements to monitoring methodologies, sampling strategies, review criteria, templates, and guidance documents.
  • Support maintenance of documentation standards, audit readiness, and governance practices across monitoring processes.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Monitoring & Trending team, including participation in team discussions and lessons learned.

Compliance Training Execution & Enablement

  • Support execution of regionally assigned compliance training programs in accordance with global requirements, defined curricula, and rollout plans.
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of compliance trainings for PC teams and other in-scope audiences, supporting timely completion across locations.
  • Support operationalization of updates to training requirements (e.g., new/revised policies, standards, risk priorities) by assisting with local rollout and reinforcement.
  • Partner with Compliance Capability, Learning, and regional Compliance teams to align training execution with enterprise compliance frameworks and avoid duplication.
  • Support monitoring of training execution effectiveness through completion metrics, feedback, and observed compliance outcomes, and raise improvement opportunities.
  • Support knowledge reinforcement and practical application of compliance requirements through ongoing engagement, guidance, and capability-building activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in compliance, audit, risk management, monitoring, and/or analytics, with ability to analyze and interpret transactional data.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow defined processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to identify trends or anomalies.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain monitoring findings clearly and constructively.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and maintaining audit-ready documentation is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
