At Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL), winning begins in the garage. We are constantly looking for experienced, passionate race mechanics to join our IndyCar Mechanic Talent Pool — a proactive recruiting pipeline that ensures we are prepared when the next opportunity arises.
