Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options.
  • Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
