We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Office Manager to be the face of Czinger Vehicles. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, welcome guests, support employee needs, and help ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates in a warm, professional manner
• Support the visitor management process, to include screening visitor requests, checking them in when they arrive, and ensuring visitors (customers, partners and contractors) only access areas required
• In collaboration with security leadership and the facilities team, maintain and troubleshoot physical security infrastructure (fencing, cameras, badge readers etc)
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Manage scheduling and coordination of conference rooms and shared office spaces
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Support office operations, including supply inventory, catering coordination, and event logistics
• Assist with administration and day-to-day management of cloud-based applications including but not limited to Brivo and Sign in Solutions.
• Provide administrative support to Executives to include calendar management, travel logistics, expense reporting and other administrative tasks

• 1+ year of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-focused environment
• High level of discretion and reliability; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Experience in a manufacturing, tech, or startup environment
• Familiarity with calendar management tools like Outlook or Google Calendar

This role will be based onsite in our Torrance, CA office.

At Czinger, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at level S03 as evaluated through our interview process.

• S03 / Front Office Manager: $32/hr - 44/hr

$32 - $44 USD
