Capitol Auto Group is looking for a BDC Service Specialist to join their team! This position works Tuesday - Saturday.


The BDC Service Specialist is responsible for the development and retention of service business at every customer touch point. We are looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven professional to join our team as a BDC Service Specialist.


The BDC Service Specialist handles incoming service phone calls, schedules appointments, contacts customers via phone, online, and texts, and outbound customer satisfaction calls. Training is provided, performance is monitored and measured. Daily, weekly, and monthly goals are established.

Requirements:

ยท Handle customer contacts, follow-up, new business development and existing customer retention

ยท Receive and promptly respond to inbound service calls

ยท Identify client needs and schedule appointments for the service department

ยท Place outbound phone calls and emails to potential and existing clientele
