WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our General Manager, you will be a dynamic leader responsible for driving performance, growth, and operational excellence in your region. This role demands a strategic mindset, operational oversight, and a strong leadership presence to guide branch teams in delivering outstanding service, sales, and profitability.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of all assigned branches, aligning both with company objectives and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies, forecast performance, and set measurable business goals.
  • Oversee branch budgets, control operating costs, and ensure long-term profitability.
  • Monitor market share trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and support across all departments.
  • Champion a high-performance culture, focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • At a minimum, visit each branch in the region once each quarter to ensure operational excellence and provide leadership to managers and members.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Proven track record of successful management experience in capital goods, retail operations, or dealership environments.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, budgeting, and personnel leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing teams, setting performance goals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned regional area.
