Position Overview

Kiefer Auto Group is seeking a Website and marketing Support Specialist to support the management, accuracy, and performance of multiple dealership websites and marketing campaigns across our automotive brands (16 rooftops)

This role plays an important part in ensuring our websites remain accurate, functional, and optimized for customer experience and lead generation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with website CMS platforms, automotive inventory systems, and digital marketing tools, while collaborating with leadership, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Operations

  • Oversee and maintain multiple dealership websites, working closely with leadership to ensure sites remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate website offers, promotions, and updates with the creative team to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor website accuracy and troubleshoot issues related to inventory feeds, vehicle listings, and pricing display.
  • Address urgent website outages, broken functionality, or inventory feed failures with urgency.

Inventory & Data Integration

  • Manage integrations between dealership inventory systems and website platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving vehicle inventory processing and feed errors.
  • Work with third-party inventory tools and merchandising platforms to ensure vehicle data accuracy.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and account managers to implement new web marketing initiatives and landing pages.
  • Support campaign launches across dealership websites and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ensure website promotions align with paid media campaigns and social advertising.

Workflow & Project Coordination

  • Manage requests and prioritize tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and vendors to execute website updates efficiently.
