Job description

Overview

The ONE PEP Media Hub Team is looking for a passionate Biddable Media analyst who has extensive experience with hands-on-keys media activation experience (all social and programmatic buying platforms) who will provide media guidance and activation support.

Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement data driven paid media plans that deliver full-funnel KPIs
  • Serve as a consult for brand leads on media execution details, developing and owning processes to bring our campaigns to life in media and working closely with Marketing Sciences to measure and optimize media impact
  • Liaise directly across a breadth of external (media agency, analytics / measurement partners, creative agencies, media partners) and internal (Trademark Teams, Finance, Consumer Insights, Comms, DX, Foodservice, Ecommerce, BIS) stakeholder groups
  • Develop and ensure adoption of standardized tools, processes and timelines
  •  Experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  •  Experience working with cross functional teams and track record of success in effectively managing agency partners
  • The candidate must be immersed in digital culture, familiar with emerging trends and technologies
  •  Must demonstrate professional maturity - ability to manage up/down, strong interpersonal skills for interaction with internal/external senior leaders
  •  Strong collaboration and project management skills

  •  Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing and/or Media)

Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing/media experience
  • 3 years of media activation experience across Meta, TikTok, DV360, ADSP, TTD
