The position: 

The main purpose of the role is to drive the AFH Snacks Independent agenda (Trade/Shopper Marketing & Perfect Store) with the objective to accelerate channel growth by identifying growth platforms, defining channel executional priorities and best in class execution.


Responsibilities
  • Execute the Perfect Store strategy across the AFH independent channel in line with the commercial calendar, portfolio priorities and channel objectives.
  • Analyze execution KPIs and identify opportunities to improve in-store execution.
  • Coordinate the development, production and deployment of POS materials and visibility assets.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific activations and consumer promotions.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives, promotions and new product launches.
  • Support the development and optimization of the portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, category roles and channel needs.
  • Cross-functional project coordination (marketing, supply, commercialization...) for the launch of channel initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines and financials.
  • Prepare performance reports, presentations and business recommendations based on market insight and execution data.
  • Support the design and refinement of subchannel segmentation frameworks, ensuring tailored strategies by subchannel and customer type.
  • Support the tracking and management of the budget.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.  
  • 3+ years experience in trade marketing, marketing or sales ideally in FMCG. 
  • Proactivity, strong crossfunctional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority. 
  • Ability to see connection in data, anticipate potential risks/opportunities and create optimized & simplified processes.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving capabilities. 
  • Fluent English and Spanish 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and ppt)
