Job description

Reporting to the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will provide day-to-day Human Resources partnership and consultation to assigned business functions within our Indianapolis manufacturing facility. You will support key Human Resources initiatives including recruitment, retention, employee relations, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of human resource planning initiatives.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day Human Resources partnership and consultation for assigned functional teams.
  • Coach and advise leaders on effective administration of Human Resources programs and employee-related matters.
  • Support the implementation of employee relations policies and practices while providing professional guidance to functional leadership.
  • Lead the coordination and administration of Human Resources programs including equal employment opportunity, unemployment, litigation support, retention, turnover, terminations, and severance activities.
  • Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to support business needs.
  • Assist with programs and policies that promote diversity, inclusion, and compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support recruitment efforts, candidate selection, succession planning, and future talent needs.
  • Design and execute reporting and data analysis to identify trends and support business decision-making.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional Human Resources (HR) experience.
  • Experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations
  • Experience in employment sourcing, employee communications, employee relations, and leadership support.
  • Experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in conflict management and mediation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS.
  • Demonstrated success multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building strong consulting relationships and influencing business leaders through coaching and partnership.

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
