Make a Difference: Community Health Network is seeking an IT Solutions Team Lead who will assist leadership in leading ERP HCM Applications. These solutions support our Human Resource Business Partners and Caregivers utilizing a suite of HR solutions to include PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role will lead their team through the application life cycle from discovery to maintenance and support.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of this role includes working alongside the team to support our Caregivers and solutions which keep our business running. Working directly with leadership to plan for coming projects, address technology concerns, and assist in transforming the future for solutions within your domain. In this role you will mentor your team and enable success through your experience in the application life cycle. Build relationships with your business partners to grow trust in our solutions and help enable business processes, optimizations and create solutions to our challenges.

Our Analyst Team Leads will become a knowledgeable authority in our ERP HCM Solutions and provide support to other teams and Community Health Network Caregivers as appropriate. This will be accomplished through defined methodology to independently perform application life cycle tasks. Consistently demonstrates effective communication and team building skills. These tasks may include planning, system analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, and support and completing or facilitating special project work. The Analyst Team Leads will also be a systems thinker, understand the interdependencies of the applications they support, understand performance improvement and project management methodologies, and model those skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or other technically relevant degree required.
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Five (5) or more years of application design, implementation and support experience is required.
  • Possess prior experience of supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s) strongly preferred.
  • Functional understanding of key processes in HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management, ESS, MSS, Benefits, Benefits Administration and Payroll is desirable.
  • S olution design, configuration, and support.
  • Solution user security setup and design.
  • Database structures, report creation and query languages such as MS/Oracle SQL.
  • Experience in data conversion, data mapping, data structures, and data transfers.
  • Ability to lead project work through project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
  • Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non‑technical members.
  • Ab ility to manage software vendor accounts as a representative of Community Health Network for assigned solutions.
  • Present strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor other employees.
  • Assist in planning production roll‑out and deployment related activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations, and advising support and implementation team on technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation and standards.
  • Create and maintain thorough and complete technical documentation of all supported solutions.
