Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Tampa, FL ( Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Job Type: Contract

Duration: Long Term (6+ Months)

Rate: $45-55/hr C2C

Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced PeopleSoft Developers with strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integrations, Oracle Database, and PeopleSoft Administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting enterprise PeopleSoft applications while working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools.
  • Develop and enhance PeopleCode, Application Engine (AE), Component Interfaces (CI), and Component Processor.
  • Create and maintain Pages, Components, Records, Fields, Menus, File Layouts, PS Queries, Event Mapping, and Work Centers.
  • Develop and support REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Broker, XML/JSON, SFTP, and Kafka integrations.
  • Perform PeopleSoft administration activities including environment setup, cloning, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler administration.
  • Support security administration, SSL/SSO configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
  • Work with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL for application development and performance optimization.
  • Perform application migrations using Change Assistant, CAPI, and project migration tools.
  • Participate in CI/CD implementation using Git, Jenkins, and DevOps tools.
  • Develop automation scripts using Shell, PowerShell, or Python.
