Job Information:

Develop and drive the standards, development processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions. This individual will be working primarily with PeopleSoft; as well as Encounters and IT Administrative teams.

Key Job Functions:

Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements

Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers

Generate detailed system requirements with cost projections, cost benefit analysis and ROI

Improve business processes and efficiency by developing ERP strategies; engineering, re-engineering, implementing business operations, and validating system performance.

Responsible for the implementation/creation of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) and all associated upgrade activities

Train and mentor IT team 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of relevant design and architecture experience. 

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

IT experience within managed care environment highly preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field.

7+ years of PeopleSoft Architecture engineering, PeopleSoft HRMS Finance/Supply Chain, and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) required

ERP implementation and upgrade experience are required. 

Required Technical Skills:

PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), PeopleSoft HRMS Finance/Supply Chain, and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) & ERP.

Qualifications
