Job description

Position: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant along with PL/SQL

Location: Remote (Occasionally travel to any nearby Infosys Office)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PL/SQL to support development and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical components and be capable of handling enhancements, defect fixes, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical development and provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft HCM applications
  • Work on enhancements, customizations, and defect resolution
  • Develop and maintain technical components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and SQR
  • Design and optimize PL/SQL procedures, database objects, and queries
  • Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for applications and database processes
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical development
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • PeopleCode
    • Application Engine
    • Component Interface (CI)
    • SQR
  • Solid experience in PL/SQL development, including:
    • Stored procedures
    • Triggers
    • Performance tuning
  • Good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and database design
