Job description
Position: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant along with PL/SQL
Location: Remote (Occasionally travel to any nearby Infosys Office)
Duration: Long term contract
Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PL/SQL to support development and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical components and be capable of handling enhancements, defect fixes, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical development and provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Work on enhancements, customizations, and defect resolution
- Develop and maintain technical components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface (CI), and SQR
- Design and optimize PL/SQL procedures, database objects, and queries
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for applications and database processes
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical development
- Hands-on expertise in:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interface (CI)
- SQR
- Solid experience in PL/SQL development, including:
- Stored procedures
- Triggers
- Performance tuning
- Good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and database design
