About the Role
Are you passionate about creating meaningful and engaging employee experiences? We are seeking a People Experience Coordinator to support the daily operations of our People team and help bring our employee experience to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in People operations.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that partners closely with the Sr. People Experience Partner to ensure seamless onboarding, strong administrative support, and a positive, compliant, and people-first workplace. You will play a key role in shaping employees experience and growth within the organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
  • Support daily HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, and records retention
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records within the HRIS system
  • Process employee changes and updates in a timely manner
  • Generate reports and assist in tracking key people metrics

Onboarding & Pre-Employment
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including document collection, verification, and new hire setup
  • Manage onboarding workflows, including initiating, tracking, and processing new hire paperwork
  • Help deliver a smooth, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience

Employee Support & Experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses or appropriate escalation
  • Partner with the Sr. People Experience Manager to interpret and apply policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and engaging employee experience
  • Maintain and distribute HR resources, forms, and internal communications

Compliance, Training & Performance Support
  • Track and monitor completion of required trainings and compliance requirements
  • Support performance review cycles and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with audits and ensure employee files and documentation remain up to date

Recruiting & Coordination
  • Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling, participating in interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Help create a positive and seamless candidate experience

Events & Engagement
  • Coordinate and support employee events, trainings, and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and onsite setup

Team Collaboration & Projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with the Sr. People Experience Manager on initiatives and special projects
  • Continuously build HR knowledge through training and development
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team as needed

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work with HR Staff on special events.
  • Additional duties assigned by the manager.

What You Bring
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
