Job description

Summary of Job Description:

The People Analytics Manager is responsible for the transformation of the HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity efforts, leveraging various data analytics platforms to present data accurately and intuitively. This position collaborates closely with HR leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to meet reporting needs, enhance data governance, and drive data-driven decision-making. The HR Reporting Lead provides critical data interpretation and insights to support HR strategy needs. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking the lead on HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity, utilizing a variety of data analytics platforms to present data clearly and accurately in a user-friendly format.
  • Supports leadership by providing critical interpretation of data, leading with innovative analysis and communication of information and insights. 
  • Designs, develops, and maintains HR reports, metrics, dashboards in PowerBI and Workday ensuring accuracy, efficiency, data integrity, and real-time HR insights.
  • Collaborates with HR business partners, managers, and stakeholders to identify reporting needs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and validation of data sources.
  • Establishes and maintains data governance practices to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security within the HR reporting function.
  • Monitors HR reporting and analytics industry trends to proactively identify process improvement, automation, and strategy opportunities for HR

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Information Technology, Data Science and/or HR major preferred
  • 7+ years work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a HR function, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment 
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. 


Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
