The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will work within our Strategy practice, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading customer-centric consulting initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive business growth
- Analyzing customer touchpoints and designing personalized journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies using data-driven insights
- Managing client accounts and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing customer data management techniques to optimize service design and delivery
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain consistent quality and timelines across projects
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Upholding professional standards and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Design
- Utilizing Customer Data Management (CDM) for strategic insights
- Excelling in Customer Journey Analysis and Customer Segmentation
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
- Developing skills in Business Process Improvement and Trend Analysis
- Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
