The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Pharma and Life Sciences Strategy Consulting Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will analyze client needs and provide consulting services across different strategic areas, offering guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. This position offers a chance to deepen your technical skills and awareness of your strengths, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Conducting competitive analysis and consumer behavior research to inform strategic planning
- Utilizing business process consulting skills to enhance client strategies and drive transformation
- Developing go-to-market strategies and customer experience initiatives for Pharma and Life Sciences clients
- Interpreting data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards while delivering client solutions
- Embracing change and leveraging intellectual curiosity to generate innovative strategic solutions
- Supporting enterprise cost structure and value realization initiatives to enhance profitability management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in business strategy and transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive strategic solutions
- Conducting research to inform competitive analysis and market trends

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
