Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR data with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and data extracts to support HR and business needs.
  • Analyze workforce data (e.g., headcount, attrition, mobility, diversity) and translate results into insights.
  • Use Python to automate data cleaning, validation, and reporting processes.
  • Support periodic HR reporting cycles and ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Partner with HR teams to understand data needs and propose analytical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards and data privacy requirements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Practical experience with Workday, especially reporting and HR data structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Solid foundation in data analytics concepts, metrics, and data quality management.
  • Experience working with medium to large datasets.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, HR, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to global HR data or multinational organizations.
  • Understanding of HR KPIs and workforce analytics best practices.
