What You'll Do:
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools
  • Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends
  • Develop executive‑level reporting and standardized reporting packages
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders
  • Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
