We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for analytics and reporting.
Work with MSBI tools (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS) to perform data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Analyze data and present weekly and monthly metrics to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain and update documentation for data processes, systems, and reports.
Contribute to improving data processes, ensuring accuracy, and following best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Strong knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, and data management concepts.
