Job Summary:
Pellera Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to support client engagements through the design and development of enterprise networking, data center, and security solutions. This role serves as a technical leader throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle, collaborating with teams to develop scalable and secure technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop enterprise networking, data center, and security solutions for new and existing clients.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.
• Develop high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), reference architectures, and technical recommendations.
• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Validate solution designs against performance, availability, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and transition.
• Partner with account managers and business development teams to support customer opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and solution reviews.
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
• Support RFP, RFI, and proposal development activities.
• Assist with scope development, effort estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
• Support the technical positioning of professional services and managed services offerings.
• Lead the development of architectures across three core domains: Enterprise Campus & Branch Networking, Data Center Networking, Network Security.
• Provide design guidance and technical oversight to engineering and delivery teams.
• Develop standards and best practices for networking, security, and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices for scalability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering, delivery, and managed services teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and consultants.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and technical enablement activities.
• Contribute to the development of standardized architectures, methodologies, and service offerings.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in network, data center, and security engineering or architecture.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, systems integration, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to customers.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, project stakeholders, and executive leadership.

• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting HPE Aruba Networking Central
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting HPE Aruba Networking wireless solutions
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting HPE Juniper EX Series switching
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting HPE Juniper Mist wired and wireless solutions
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting Campus LAN and branch networking architectures
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting Network segmentation and access control
• Deep Experience Designing, Implementing, And Supporting Routing and switching technologies including: BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, VRFs, VLANs
• Experience Designing And Architecting Spine-leaf data center architectures
• Experience Designing And Architecting EVPN/VXLAN fabrics
• Experience Designing And Architecting Data center segmentation and security architectures
• Experience Designing And Architecting High availability and resiliency solutions
• Experience Designing And Architecting Data Center Interconnect (DCI)
• Experience Designing And Architecting Multi-site and disaster recovery architectures
• Experience Designing And Architecting Network automation and orchestration solutions
• Strong Experience With Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls
• Strong Experience With Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls
• Strong Experience With Cisco Secure Firewall platforms
• Strong Experience With Network segmentation and micro-segmentation
• Strong Experience With Zero Trust architecture principles
• Strong Experience With Secure remote access solutions
• Strong Experience With VPN technologies and secure connectivity models
• Strong Experience With Security policy design and governance
• Vendor Experience HPE Aruba Networking
• Vendor Experience HPE Juniper Networking

• Fortinet NSE / FCX certifications
• Experience with cloud networking and hybrid architectures in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Familiarity with automation technologies including Python, Ansible, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience working for a VAR, systems integrator, managed services provider, or consulting organization
