Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Programmer III with strong PEGA expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience designing and developing complex requirements using PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC), and a proven ability to deliver maintainable, testable solutions that meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Key Details Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week.

Onsite from day 1. Start month target: June or July. Interviews: 1-2 rounds.

Video required. Glider ID verification required. Max 3 submissions per vendor.

Responsibilities: Design and develop complex PEGA PRPC solutions to meet business objectives and compliance standards. Ensure maintainability, scalability, and ease of integration with a focus on testability from the outset. Apply industry-standard development and testing practices, design patterns, and architectural patterns.

Collaborate in Agile teams to refine requirements, plan sprints, and deliver increments on schedule. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PEGA applications with sound technical judgment. Required Skills & Qualifications: CSSA certification in PEGA 7.X or later.

3+ years of hands-on development experience in PEGA PRPC. Proficiency with PegaRules Process Commander design and development practices. Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills: Hands-on development experience with PEGA 8.X. Experience with Pega PRPC v6.2 environments and upgrade paths. Submission Notes On resume: include current location, relocation plan, availability or start date, and any required cooling-off period.
