Job description

Job Summary:
Precision Solutions is a staffing solutions company based in Northern Virginia, seeking a skilled Pega Developer to support a Federal customer. The role involves designing and implementing solutions using Pega software, working closely with business analysts and developers to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform.
• Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
• Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment
• Will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer
• Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
• Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Top Secret Clearance Required
• 1+ years of work experience
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must have a Bachelors degree for this position
Preferred:
• Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Pega Infinity experience
• Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
