What You Bring (Must Haves):
•    10+ years of overall application development experience.
•    Pega CLSA Certification (Part II) is required.
•    5+ years of mastery in multiple core programming languages: Java (essential), Python, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
•    5+ years of hands-on Pega experience, including:
o    Defining case types, business rules, and decisioning.
o    Complex workflow creation.
o    (Bonus) Experience tailoring Pega solutions to healthcare management.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a technical leader and strategic advisor.
