Job Description: 
Looking for a well experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to contribute to the activities of the Development staff that perform technical systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance activities to support business systems. Specifically, this position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which includes working with the company's Pega system and integrations to other software and systems and having an expert understanding of the Pega FS Frameworks and Decisioning Engine applications. 
The role is responsible for modifying and managing the full life cycle software development process. This position requires the individual to manage internally developed as well as externally purchased or developed applications as required by the business.
The individual in this role is responsible for the technical implementation of solutions supporting business functionality. They are required to work with multiple teams including, but not limited to, QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Project Management. They must offer coaching and mentoring of the Pega Program team and other employees. 

Summary of Essential Job Functions
  • Lead and own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to generate increasing business value
  • Expert in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub
  • Expert in Pega Financial Frameworks
  • Enterprise Application System Understanding
  • Demonstrated strong experience in Pega's Customer Decision Hub version 8.5 and above and Next Best Action Designer implementation
  • Full life cycle application/Agile development
  • Lead technical design, code, and debug applications in Pega and various software languages
  • Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic
  • Maintain compliance standards
  • Performance tuning
  • PRPC experience is required 
Position Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Pega's Customer Decision Hub
  • At least 8+ year of programming and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Certification as Certified Senior system architect is a must. LSA Certification Preferred
  • Certification as Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with legacy transformation projects with Pega CDH preferred
