Job description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality applications aligned with business and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and define end-to-end Pega solution architecture and application frameworks.
• Lead development teams on Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance optimization.
• Architect case management, workflow automation, decisioning, and integrations.
• Oversee system integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and messaging.
• Ensure application scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Support production issues and guide platform upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8–12+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC.
• Proven experience as a Pega Architect on enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, UI, Decisioning, and Integration Services.
• Experience with Pega rules engine, performance tuning, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to cloud-based Pega deployments (AWS/Azure).
