Location: Irving, TX, Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Position Type: Fulltime
Pega LSA JD:
  • Must have Pega CSSA certification. Pega LSA certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
  • Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
  • Should be able to support and guide the team.
  • Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
  • Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
  • Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
  • Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
