Pega Tech Lead / Pega LSA

Location: Jacksonville FL / Irving TX

FTE Only

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

- At least 7+ years of IT and 9-12 years Pega PRPC experience with in-depth hands-on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x and PEGA SUPPORT

- Should be Pega Certified CSSA/LSA in Pega V8.x or above

- At least 8 years of experience in banking domain with minimum of 3 years’ experience in AML/KYC.

- Must have experience in industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum with familiarity to JIRA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Experience in all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment.

- Experience working collaboratively with developers located near shore as well as offshore on a daily basis.

- Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise.

- Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding with regular code reviews.

- Exposure to Pega BIX, Survey, Robotics Automation would be an added advantage.

- Nice to have PCBA and PCDC certification.
