  • Collaborate with downstream and upstream system teams to define interface contracts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, hands-on guidance
  • Set coding standards and reusable assets to improve team efficiency
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and defect resolution
  • Support deployment activities and production troubleshooting when needed
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of Pega platform experience, with significant hands-on development
  • Strong expertise in Pega Case Management
  • Proven experience with Pega system integrations (REST/SOAP, services, connectors)
  • Solid understanding of Pega rules engine, Flow rules, decision tables, data pages, and performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams
  • Pega certifications such as CSSA and/or CLSA
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Pega Infinity (latest versions preferred)
