The work

The Pega Application Developer / Business Analyst will be responsible for configuring solution applications, designing functional processes, and supporting business users throughout solution implementation. This role leverages strong Pega platform expertise to build process models, business rules, user interfaces, and marketing campaign functional requirements that meet client needs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and user groups to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions while supporting user testing, readiness, and application performance improvements. The role requires a balance of handson configuration, analytical thinking, and highquality documentation practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces
  • Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflows
  • Analyze, design, and support implementation of businessspecific Pega solutions and frameworks
  • Support customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activities
  • Work on application performance tuning and improvements
  • Design and build welldocumented, supportable, and extensible Pega components
  • Maintain and enhance existing developments built by consultants, partners, and clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams
