Job Title: Personal Care Aide (PCA) โ€“ Pediatric Home Care

Location and Schedule: Covington, GA | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week including weekends

About the Role

We are looking for a caring and dependable Personal Care Aide to provide dedicated one-on-one support for a pediatric client in Covington, Georgia. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week including weekend coverage. The ideal PCA brings compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support a childโ€™s daily routines and comfort in a safe home setting.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Provide personal care support including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
โ€ข Assist with mobility needs, transfers, and positioning to maintain comfort and safety.
โ€ข Support feeding routines, meal preparation, and basic nutrition assistance as directed by the care plan.
โ€ข Observe and report any changes in the childโ€™s physical or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or family.
โ€ข Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports the childโ€™s health and well-being.
โ€ข Engage the child in simple, age appropriate activities that encourage development and interaction.
โ€ข Follow the established care plan while working closely with the family and healthcare team.

What We Are Looking For

โ€ข Active Georgia PCA certification or completion of an approved PCA training program.
โ€ข At least 6 months of experience in home care, pediatrics preferred but not required.
โ€ข CPR and First Aid certification, current.
โ€ข Reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license.
